Getting Started with Boo AI

Everything you need to install, configure, and start using Boo AI with your Booknetic appointment booking system.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready before installing Boo AI:

  • WordPress 6.0 or later
  • Booknetic plugin installed and activated
  • PHP 7.4 or later
  • An active Boo AI subscription from code-heaven.com

Installation & Setup

Follow these four steps to get Boo AI up and running on your site.

Subscribe to Boo AI

Choose your plan and subscribe on code-heaven.com.

  1. 1Go to code-heaven.com/pricing and choose the plan that fits your needs.
  2. 2Regular ($15/mo) includes everything for a single WordPress site.
  3. 3SaaS ($59/mo) adds white-labeling and multi-tenant support for Booknetic SaaS.
  4. 4Complete the checkout — you'll receive a license key in your confirmation email.

Install the Plugin

Download and install Boo AI on your WordPress site.

  1. 1Log in to your Code Heaven account and navigate to your purchases.
  2. 2Download the Boo AI plugin .zip file from your dashboard.
  3. 3In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  4. 4Select the downloaded .zip file and click Install Now.
  5. 5Once installed, click Activate Plugin.

Activate Your License

Enter your license key and customize the appearance.

  1. 1In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > Integrations > Boo AI.
  2. 2Enter the license key from your Code Heaven purchase confirmation email.
  3. 3Click Activate — you should see a green confirmation with your subscription status.
  4. 4Set your primary color using the hex color picker to match your brand.
  5. 5Toggle the customer chat on or off depending on your needs.

Start Using Boo AI

Open the chat panel and manage bookings with conversation.

  1. 1Go to Booknetic > Boo AI and click the chat icon to open the admin chat.
  2. 2Try asking: "How many appointments do I have this week?"
  3. 3You can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments through natural language.
  4. 4Ask about revenue, customer stats, and service analytics.
  5. 5The AI understands context — follow up naturally without repeating details.

Let your website visitors book appointments through an AI-powered chat assistant. Included in all plans.

Setting Up the Customer-Facing Chat
  1. 1In your Boo AI settings, make sure the customer chat toggle is enabled.
  2. 2Your customers will see an AI-powered booking panel on your Booknetic booking pages.
  3. 3The panel lets visitors book appointments through natural conversation instead of traditional forms.
  4. 4Customers can browse services, pick staff and time slots, and complete payment — all within the chat.
  5. 5Payments are processed through your existing Booknetic payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, or local payments).
  6. 6Test the booking flow from a visitor's perspective by opening the page in an incognito window.

SaaS Setup

SaaS Plan

Running Booknetic SaaS? Here's how to set up Boo AI for your multi-tenant platform. Only the super-admin configures this — tenants get access automatically.

Super-Admin Configuration
  1. 1Log in as the SaaS super-admin and go to Integrations > Boo AI.
  2. 2Enter your license key from your Code Heaven purchase.
  3. 3Set the chat widget color to match your platform branding.
  4. 4Configure white-label settings: set a custom assistant name (e.g. your brand name instead of "Boo"), "Powered by" text, and "Powered by" URL.
  5. 5Toggle "Enable Boo AI on booking panel" to make the customer chat available.
  6. 6Click Save Changes — your license is validated and all tenants get access immediately.
How Tenants Experience Boo AI
  1. 1Once the super-admin activates Boo AI, all tenants get access automatically — no per-tenant setup needed.
  2. 2Each tenant gets their own isolated AI assistant with separate chat history.
  3. 3Tenants see the admin chat panel in their Booknetic sidebar (Boo AI menu item).
  4. 4The customer-facing booking panel uses the white-label name and branding you configured.
  5. 5Tenant data is fully isolated — one tenant's chats and bookings are never visible to another.
