14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Boo AI for any reason, simply reach out to us within this period and we will process your refund promptly.

Eligibility

The 14-day refund policy applies to first-time purchases only. If you have previously received a refund for Boo AI and re-subscribe, the refund policy will not apply to subsequent purchases.

How to Request

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details, including the email address associated with your account and your order or transaction ID.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
